Andria Gillis is the founder of People Lab, a systemic team coaching practice based in Toronto. She works with leadership teams, co-founders, and organizations navigating complexity, transition, and growth, bringing a systemic lens to every engagement: workshops, panels, team coaching, leadership development, and coach supervision. Her work is grounded in a simple but profound conviction: we cannot change the outcomes a system produces without changing the inner conditions that generate them. The quality of attention, relationship, and awareness inside a team shapes everything, including what problems get named, what conversations get avoided, and what futures become possible. Before becoming a coach, Andria spent 20 years inside organizations, leading teams across retail and healthcare in North America. She holds the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation, is a Faculty Member and Supervisor at Renewal Associates, and has accumulated 2,700+ coaching hours across individual, team, and systemic work.
Leading in complexity requires collective wisdom.
